Alberto’s, a tailor and embroidery shop, moved earlier this summer from its longtime home at 3656 W. 95th St. in Evergreen Park into a new location in the village at 3632 W. 95th St. Hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday. Little Company of Mary Hospital opened a new urgent care center this week at 6700 W. 95th St. in the former Bally’s Fitness Center. The 45,000-square-foot center features physician offices, a lab, diagnostic imaging suite capable of performing MRIs, CTs, ultrasounds, X-rays and mammograms, and parking for 172 vehicles. The Care Station offers walk-in immediate care, physician visits, and lab, X-ray and EKG services as well as occupational medicine services. Patch assembled a list of what's in season and where it can be purchased, as well as tips for picking your own fresh produce. Available fruits and veggies will vary by month. Picking produce at its peak time is key to getting the most for your money.
