Police say a 50-year-old man phoned in a bomb threat to his ex-lover’s employer, according to a report.
A 50-year-old Chicago Ridge man who police say they found lying behind a fence is accused of calling in a bomb threat to a Palos Hills business, according to a report. Kenneth Drajin, 50, has been charged with felony disorderly conduct, Sun-Times Media reports. Authorities say he threatened his ex-girlfriend's workplace. Executive Mailing, located in the 7800 block of West 111th Street, was evacuated after receiving a threat on Monday, according to report. Investigators determined the call came from a pay phone at the Bridgeview Walmart. Security video from the Walmart location allegedly showed Drajin making a call. Police found him by a fence in the 10500 block of South Harlem.

WEDNESDAY, DEC. 19 Brian Cashmore, 21, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft. At about 3 p.m., security staff at Walmart, 2500 W. 95th St., reportedly saw Cashmore take a “Fast Five” DVD into a bathroom. A short time later, Cashmore allegedly emerged from the bathroom without the DVD in sight. When confronted by security staff, Cashmore reportedly was found to have the DVD on him, inside a CD case he was carrying. The empty “Fast Five” case was retrieved from a garbage can in the bathroom, police said. TUESDAY, DEC. 18 Jose Sanchez, 31, of Burbank, was charged with disorderly conduct. Evergreen Park resident Lawrence T. Police said they found an open alcohol container in the car after stopping Larry Jackson, 65, for speeding around at 10:30 p.m. on the 2400 block of West 95th Street. According to reports, Jackson was driving 49 mph in a 30-mph zone. Jackson, of Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood-alcohol concentration of .193 percent, above the .08 percent limit for driving in the state of Illinois, police said. Emmanuel L.
