Founded in 2006, Jacob's Well Church Community has been at its present location in Evergreen Park since 2008. It seeks to change the view of the Christian Church by focusing on strengthening a relationship with God through building relationships with others through community outreach.

Pastor Mark Brouwer has recently come to Evergreen Park to serve as the pastor of Jacob's Well Church Community. He's been the founding pastor of two churches in Texas and Minnesota.
