Led by Chief Michael Saunders, the Evergreen Park Police Department's station is in the heart of the village, just steps away from the 95th and Kedzie intersection and housed in the same building as the mayor's office. Its 62 full-time officers and 10 part-time officers include a physician who's a trauma surgeon at nearby Christ Hospital. The officers patrol the areas between Pulaski and Western avenues, and 87th and 103rd streets.
