Although the official summer season arrived over a week ago, it was officially summertime in Evergreen Park Saturday. The village celebrated its annual Day in the Park, the biggest block party in Evergreen Park.

Kids had up-close encounters with camels, pigs, ducks, rabbits and other animals brought into town by Andreas Georgiades' All the Fun in One mobile entertainment.
