EPCHS to Host Kids' Summer Sports Workshops

Boys and girls have the chance to learn basketball techniques from Evergreen Park Community High School this summer. Sessions start June 18.

If you're still looking for more activities for the kids this summer, has a few other options you could consider. This spring, kids at , , and elementary schools got a fun preview in the high school's free two-day shooting camps.

Dozens of boys and girls in first through sixth grades were given instruction on proper shooting techniques from the high school boys’ basketball Coach Patrick Flannigan, the high school girls Coach Bruce Scaduto and members of the high school's teams.

This summer, your kids can perfect their technique. The Boys and Girls basketball programs will host two week-long sessions starting June 18 to 22 and June 25 to 29. The girls' sessions will be from 10:30 p.m. to 12:30 p.m., with the boys' sessions from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Kids in first through sixth grades are welcome.
