Evergreen Park and Frankfort pitchers matched goose eggs in 10-under all-star tournament play at Tinley Park.

The little guys came up big in a pitcher's duel.

Evergreen Park and Frankfort went into extra innings in a recent 10-under all-start tournament baseball game at Tinley Park, the two teams locked in a scoreless tie, pitcher's on both sides throwing goose eggs.

Finally, "California" baseball tie-breaker rules were put in place. The rules call for each team to begin extra innings with a runner on second base. Each batter starts with a 1-2 count.

Frankfort scored three runs in the sixth and won 3-0.

Evergreen Park coach Mark Ward said, ”It was a great game, no score to the sixth with great pitching."
