Evergreen Park Mustangs Don't Like Ike

Evergreen Park Community High School crafted a homecoming win after three weeks on the road, beating Eisenhower 21-13.

The Mustangs continued their undefeated rampage through the South Suburban Red Conference, with an overall record of 7-0 after Friday's victory, 4-0 in conference.

Eisenhower made a fourth-quarter comeback after being down 21-0. The Mustangs again struggled to "finish the game," in the words of head coach Dan Hartman. The herd managed to hang on for another dramatic finish.

With the loss, Eisenhower's record drops to 4-3 overall, 2-2 in conference.
