Evergreen Park Basketball Helps Out at Warrior Dash
The Evergreen Park boys basketball team volunteered its time to help raise funds for the Ronald McDonald House.
The Evergreen Park boys basketball team, along with coach Patrick Flannigan, took a break from the hardwood on Saturday, June 18, to give back to the community.
The team helped raise money for the Ronald McDonald House by volunteering at the Warrior Dash, which is an extreme 5K run and obstacle course. On the course, the team handed out water and yelled out encouragement to the participants.
“The team was grateful they could donate their time and be a part of helping an organization like Ronald McDonald House,” Flannigan said.
