Adult Boot Camp

Be prepared to use military-style training for the best body ever!

This class is for all fitness levels. Jump, squat, run, press, lift, and sweat your way to a new shape using your own body weight. We'll also be using drills, bands, exercise balls, and tires.  You will be  told exactly how to exercise (and how much), encoraged, and MOTIVATED CONSTANTLY.  How much weight can you lose? What kind of amazing transformation could you achieve? Gym shoes, water bottle, and a jump rope are required for participants.

This ongoing class meets Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays for one hour, 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

Fee is $50 for 10 classes.

Instructor is Coach Luch.

Register at the Recreation Department's office, 3450 W. 97th St., Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to noon.
