Mustangs pitcher Michelle Putlak pitched a gem against JCA in the Oak Forest Sectional semifinals.
With the playoffs comes bigger stakes and higher pressure.
Evergreen Park’s Michelle Putlak has risen to the occasion the past two weeks, particularly last Thursday in Evergreen Park’s 3-1 win over Joliet Catholic Academy in the semifinals of the Oak Forest Sectional.
Putlak pitched a complete game to win her third straight playoff game. She also hit a two-run double in the fourth.
