On the Agenda: March 15 District 231 Board Meeting

District 231 will hold it's regular meeting of the Board of Education.

is holding its regular meeting of the Board of Education this evening. Here are a few items that will be discussed.

On the Agenda:

  • Principal William Sanderson will cover handbook change proposals, achievements and department chair presentations from the Special Education and Math departments in his report.
  • Facilities will report on Summer 2011 work and a five-year facility renovations plan among other items.
  • The business department will give the monthly financial report.
  • Superintendent M. Elizabeth Hart will give an update on the food service, Moraine Valley Community College's purchase of a Blue Island, IL site and an intergovernmental agreement.
  • The board will take action on the consent agenda.
