On the Agenda: June 15 District 124 Board Meeting

District 124 will hold its regular Board of Education meeting Wednesday and will discuss a number of topics. See what's on the agenda before you go.

Evergreen Park Elementary School District 124 will hold the next regular meeting of the Board of Education on June 15 at 7:00 p.m. at , 9400 S. Sawyer Ave. Click the document to see what's on the agenda.

On the Agenda:

  • The board will hear from business services a budget update on how much money the state owes the district, health insurance and insurance concerns.
  • Superintendent Diane Cody will report on a FOIA Request, the 2011-2012 calendar, the Financial Task Force and MAP Testing.
  • District 124 Board of Education will hear reports on the district review team update.
  • The board will take action on the consent agenda.
  • During the closed session, the board will discuss "the appointment, employment, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the District or legal counsel for the District, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the District to determine its validity."

Members of the audience are invited to speak during the public comments section of the meeting. The board asks that those wishing to speak to fill out an information card and give it to Jan Stanton, the Superintendent's secretary before the public comments section. The Board of Education also asks speakers to limit their comments to three minutes.
