On the Agenda: August 3 Special District 124 Board Meeting

Evergreen Park Elementary School District 124 will hold a special meeting on August 3 at 5:30 p.m at Central Junior High School, 9400 S. Sawyer Ave. Please note: Tonight's meeting will immediately recess into closed session, after the Pledge of Allegiance and approval of the Agenda. Click the document to see what's on the agenda.

On the Agenda:

• After approving the agenda, the special board meeting will immediately recess to closed session to discuss placement of individual students in special education programs and other matters relating to individual students.
• During the meeting, District 124 Board of Education will take action on 2011-2012 calendar revisions and the hearing officer's recommendation. 
• The next regular board meeting of District 124 will be on August 17 at 7 p.m. at Central Junior High School.

Members of the audience are invited to speak during the public comments section of the meeting. The board asks that those wishing to speak to fill out an information card and give it to Jan Stanton, the Superintendent's secretary before the public comments section. The Board of Education also asks speakers to limit their comments to three minutes.
