Trustees to Vote on Tax Levy: On the Agenda
Trustees are expected to vote on the proposed tax levy for the 2010-2011 fiscal year.
The Board of Trustees and Mayor James Sexton will hold the next village board meeting on Monday, Dec. 19. The meeting will start at 7:30 p.m. and will be in Council Chambers of Click the document to see what's on the agenda before you go.
On the Agenda:
- The Village of Evergreen Park Board of Trustees will vote on an ordinance levying taxes for the 2010-2011 fiscal year for the village, and a separate levy for the
- Trustees will vote on an ordinance changing water rates
- The Village of Evergreen Park Board of Trustees will hear committee reports and reports on bid openings, bid lettings and disbursements.
- Trustees are expected to approve an agreement between the Village and Combined Counties Police Association effective May 1, 2010 and expiring April 30, 2014.
Members of the audience are invited to speak during the open public forum. The board asks speakers to be prepared to state name and address for the record and limit comments to three minutes.
