On the Agenda:

• The board will take action on Ordinance 11-2011, "An ordinance amending chapter 13, motor vehicles and traffic, article V, stopping, standing or parking by adding section 13-220, stopping, standing or parking in private lots, of the municipal code of the Village of Evergreen Park.
• The village board is expected to vote on an Electronics Recycling Collection Agreement between the Village of Evergreen Park and Vintage Tech Recyclers.
• The Village of Evergreen Park Board of Trustees will vote on Police Chief Michael Saunders' request to sell four Crown Victoria police cars.
• The board will vote on requests to proclaim July 16 and 17 "Relay for Life of Evergreen Park, Mount Greenwood and Beverly Days." It will also vote on a request from St. Xavier to hold the 11th Annual Cougar 5K Run/Walk on Sept. 24.

Members of the audience are invited to speak during the open public forum. The board asks speakers to limit comments to three minutes.
