On the Agenda: April 4 Village Board Meeting
Trustees will vote on a contracts ordinance, an easement agreement and the date for the Annual Independence Day Parade.

On the Agenda:
- The board is expected to vote on Ordinance 3-2011, amending a section on contract bidding of the administration of the Evergreen Park Municipal Code.
- The village board will discuss Ordinance 4-2011, approving an easement agreement for an alley in the village.
- The village board will vote on Ordinance 10-2011, approving the 43rd Annual Independence Day Parade on Friday July 1.
- The Village of Evergreen Park Board of Trustees will vote on a request from the residents of the 9500 block of California for permit parking.
- Trustees are also voting on a request to proclaim the week of April 10-16 as "National Crime Victims' Rights Week.
Members of the audience are invited to speak during the open public forum. The board asks speakers to limit comments to three minutes.
