The Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Evergreen Park will conduct a public hearing at the Evergreen Park Community High School, 9901 S. Kedzie Ave., on the request of Evergreen Park Development, LLC regarding the property commonly known as the Evergreen Golf Club.
This application will address the re-zoning of the east half of the former Evergreen Golf Course from "O" Open Space to "C" Commercial with the west half remaining "O" Open Space. The meeting is open to the public.
