Evergreen Park Day for Worth Township Mini-Bus

The Worth Township Mini-Bus transports for free registered senior citizens 55 and older and handicapped persons to medical appointments and to grocery stores. Mini-Bus Service is available from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays for Evergreen Park and Hometown.

All riders may go to Westfield/Chicago Ridge Mall on Mondays.

Please call by noon on Friday if you wish to ride. Completion of an application is required (please call for one).
