Allen McDowell, 21, of the 27200 block of North Fairfield Road, Mundelein, was charged with retail theft. He is accused of stealing four ink cartridges, worth $114.88, from Walmart, 2500 W. 95th St., at about 7 p.m.

Food, Clothing & Cosmetics
Ricardo K. Wilks, 45, of the 6700 block of South Wabash, and Chela M. Amos, 43, of the 400 block of East 32nd St., both of Chicago, were charged with retail theft. Wilks is accused of taking food worth $20.75. Amos is accused of stealing clothing, cosmetics and food worth $133.60. Both theft took place at Meijer, 9200 S. Western Ave.
Bluetooth
Aaron J. Adkins, 44, of the 8100 block of South Roberts Road, Bridgeview, was charged with retail theft. He is accused of stealing an $89.98 Bluetooth headset from Walmart, 2500 W. 95th St. at about 6:13 p.m.
