Upon exiting the vehicle, police said Faizon “rolled out, bracing himself on the door.” Faizon failed all field sobriety tests, and blew .169 on the breathalyzer, police said—more than two times the legal limit.

Faizon was ultimately charged with driving under the influence, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol content over .08, obstructing traffic, failure to wear a seat belt, and issued a citation for local ordinance for the tow of his car.
