Multiple People Charged After Fight: Police

Four men from Chicago face various charges, including assault and drug possession, after an April 9 fight.

At least four people were charged stemming from a fight on April 9 in Evergreen Park.

Richard K. El, 19, of the 3100 block of 85th Street in Chicago, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, according to a report.

Police were called about at about 7:47 p.m. to the are of 87th Street and Sacremento Avenue, according to reports. El was detained after the fight along with several other people. A pat down turned up a plastic bag containing a white substance that tested positive as crack cocaine.

Three other men from Chicago were charged after they had come to bail someone out from the Evergreen Park Police Department, according to reports.

Leonard A. Ingram, 20, of the 2700 block fo 85th Street, was charged with assault, according to a report. He is accused of using profanity while inside the department lobby and saying he and others would shoot Evergreen Park police. Anthony M. Allen, 18, of the 2700 block of 84th Place, and Wade Ingram Jr., 22, of the 2700 block of 85th Street, were charged with disorderly conduct after allegedly using profanity and causing a disturbance in the lobby.

Police said at least three other people were charged in connection with the fight, but did not release their booking information.
