Man Alerts Police of Drug User Inside Dunkin’ Donuts

Evergreen Park Police said a man flagged them down and claimed that there was a drug user inside Dunkin' Donuts' bathroom.

At about 7:08 p.m., on April 17, officers were flagged down and told that there was a suspected drug user inside of the bathroom of Dunkin’ Donuts at 98th and Western Avenue, police said. When police arrived, they saw two men outside loitering—one of them Brian P. Beinor, 29, of Orland Park, reports said.

Police charged Beinor with possession of drug paraphernalia. According to reports, Beinor had one used syringe, one metal can with black residue and one tie-off.  After police asked if the two men had anything illegal, Beinor told police he had a used syringe in his pocket, police said. According to reports, once police recovered the paraphernalia, they took Beinor to the police station.
