Heroin Charge, 2 Men Scream Threats at a Kid: Blotter

FRIDAY, JULY 5

Yelling Threats


Reginald E. Leslie, 24, and Christopher J. Leslie, 18, both of the 2700 block of West 97th Place, Evergreen Park, was charged with disorderly conduct, according to a report. Leslie is accused of jumping out of a vehicle at about 1:49 p.m. near the victim's home in the 2800 block of West 97th Street and yelling threats at his son.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 3

Battery


Deonte Densby, 18, of the 9300 block of South Troy Avenue, Evergreen Park, was charged with battery, according to a report. She was arrested at about 9:36 p.m. near the intersection of 92nd Street and Central Park Avenue. Densby allegedly hit a juvenile about a block from the village fireworks show.

TUESDAY, JULY 2

Heroin Charge


Eric A. Kopinski, 23, of the 11100 block of SOuth O'Gorman Drive, Palos Hills, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance and misdemeanor possession of drug equipment, according to a report. Police stopped a car at about 7:03 p.m. near 87th Street and Pulaski Road. An officer noticed the passenger, Kopinski, make movements near the floorboard. A search of the car turned up drug paraphernalia and 0.7 grams of a substance that tested positive for heroin.
