Heroin Charge For Hometown Man
James Donnley, 32, of the 8700 block of Kostner Avenue, Hometown, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without insurance, according to a report. Donnley was stopped at about 4:22 p.m. in the 3500 block of West 95th Street for making an improper turn. Police allegedly found 0.8 grams of heroin, a cooking spoon and two syringes.

Nicorette Gum & Sara Lee Bread
April Banks, 41, of the 4100 block of West Potomac Avenue, Chicago, was charged with retail theft, according to a report. She is accused of taking Nicorette gum and a loaf of Sara Lee bread, worth a total of $299, from Walmart, 2500 W. 95th St.

Double Theft
Maryion Haywood, 23, and, Stanzia Haywood, 29, both of the 9700 block of South Harlem Road, Chicago Ridge, were charged with retail theft, according to a report. Maryion is accused of taking $179 worth of men's department items while Stanzia is accused to stealing $63 worth of merchandise from the toy department in Walmart, 2500 W. 95th St.

Retail Theft of Clothing
Elizabeth Crowley, 35, of the 8100 block of South Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, was charged with retail theft, according to a report. She is accused of taking $27 worth of clothing from Walmart, 2500 W. 95th St.
