Retail Theft

Johnice Davis, 28, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft. She took two DVDs, Ted and the Bourne Legacy, from Walmart without paying, police said.

Retail Theft

Consuella Sims, 36, of Chicago, was charged with retail theft. She took 10 DVDs and household items totalling $274.46 from Walmart without paying, police said.

Heroin and Pot

Nathan Burgess, 24, of Chicago, was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving without insurance. He was stopped in the 10300 block of Kedzie for not wearing a seat belt and was found to have .5 grams of heroin, police said. His passenger, Joseph Koncel, 22, of Chicago was charged with possession of cannabis.
