Kieyoun Smith, 39, of the 8900 block of South Clyde, Chicago, was charged with retail theft, according to a report. She is accused of taking five pieces of clothing, worth $91, from Dots, located in the 2500 block of West 94th Street.

Samuel Tate, 21, of the 10100 block of South Oakley, Chicago, was charged with retail theft, according to a report. He is accused of stealing a pair of headphones, worth $14.88, from Walmart, 2500 W. 95th St.

Debon D. Stringer, 19, of the 7900 block of South Sangamon Street, Chicago, was charged with retail theft. Stringer is accused of taking two earphones with a case, worth $17.96, from Menards, 9100 S. Western.
