Evergreen Park Looking to Reunite Owners With Missing Bikes

A note on how to claim lost bicycles from the Evergreen Park Police Department.

To ensure a good faith effort to identify, locate and give notice to owners of unclaimed bicycles, the Evergreen Park Police Department is hereby requesting identification of found, unclaimed bicycles by Evergreen Park residents. 

Any resident that has lost a bicycle in 2012. will be able to view unclaimed bicycles for identification of ownership. The resident will be required to provide a serial number and/or receipt of the found bicycle. 

Viewing of bicycles will be on Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and by appointment only.

Bicycles can be viewed through February 28, 2013, at which time, any unclaimed bicycles will be donated to charity. Contact Evidence Control Officer Pastick, at 708-422-2142 for an appointment or any additional information.
