A Cook County judge has found probable cause to move forward with the case against Jessie Cihlar, 19, who was charged with six counts of criminal defacement of property in connection to an alleged graffiti incident June 8 at Richards High School, 10601 S. Central Ave.

Officer Anthony Kapron recounted the incident during a hearing Thursday morning at Bridgeview Courthouse in Judge Peter Felice's courtroom. Kapron told the court that he saw Cihlar walking away from the school during his midnight to 3 a.m. shift.

Cihlar admitted to "tagging" a dumpster, a crane, a school scoreboard and electrical barricades, Capron said. The estimated damage is more than $300 and earlier reports indicated the damage could be as high as  $1,000. Kapron said Cihlar showed him what he had tagged and signed a written confession.

So that $99.99 C02 BB gun he bought ended up costing $700,000 big ones, ouch. Why can't he just be put away for a few years so he hopefully learns not to play GTA: IV in real life anymore? Obviously nobody gets away with stealing cars, it's just plain stupid.

It's stupid stunts like this that give people who play airsoft as a sport a bad name. Still dangerous that's why its only allowed to be played on fields that have the proper insurance and rules and regulations in action to play with airguns (airsoft and paintball).
