Blotter: Heroin at McDonald's and a Cemetery DUI

WEDNESDAY, AUG. 15

Fence Crasher

Terry Matthews, 66, of the 9700 block of Wentworth in Chicago, was charged with driving under the influence and cited for failure to give information after an accident. Matthews drove into the fence of Evergreen Cemetery and was unable to even stand after exiting his car, police said. The report says when asked if he had anything to drink he responded, "I might have." He was not able to complete the breath test, police said.

Hospital Battery

Aiesha Sutton, 26, of the 8400 block of Winchester in Chicago, was charged with battery. She was a patient in the emergency room of Little Company of Mary Hospital when she rushed a security guard and scratched her face, police said. 

Heroin at McDonald's

Jonathan Tenbroeck, 26, of the 9400 block of Utica, was charged with three counts of felony possession of controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. At 7:56 p.m. he was found in a McDonald's bathroom with a syringe, 1.2 grams of heroin and pills, police said. 

THURSDAY, AUG. 16

Fence Crasher

Andre White, 35, of Blue Island, was charged with driving under the influence and driving without proof of insurance or a driver's license. At 1:51 a.m. he was stopped for swerving at 95th Street and St. Louis Avenue, police said. There was an open bottle of vodka in the car and he failed a field sobriety tests, police said. 

Fake Prescription

Gary Jankowski, 29, of the 1000 block of Keeler in Oak Lawn, was arrested for attempting to use a fraudulent prescription to attain a controlled substance, police said.
