A Pair of Weed Arrests and a Driver with Fake IDs: Blotter

Kaitlin R. Marion, 20, of the 6900 block of West 113rd Place, Worth, was charged with theft of lost property, driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and driving with a defective windshield, according to a report. Marion was the driver in a car stopped at about 5:14 p.m. near 99th Street and Pulaski Road. A passenger, Jonathan M. Cain, 22, of the 3700 block of West 121st Street, Alsip, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Police said the car had an obstructed windshield. A check of the driver determined she had a suspended license, the report states. She also had two driver's licenses in other people's names. Police searched the car and found a small glass pipe and a small bag of a substance that field tested positive as marijuana.

TUESDAY, JUNE 25

Pot Possession


Ricky Falls, 34, of the 8300 block of South Halsted, Chicago, was charged with possession of marijuana, driving with a suspended license and driving without insurance. Police stopped her at about 1:43 p.m. near the intersection of 87th Street and California Avenue. An officer reported smelling marijuana and noticed a rolled blunt in the ashtray. Police also found a bag with 1 gram of a substance that field tested positive for marijuana.
