2 Stabbed at Weekend Party

No arrests have been made in a double-stabbing from Sunday morning, according to Evergreen Park police.

Two people were stabbed at an Evergreen Park party early Sunday morning.

Evergreen Park police said they were called at about 1:28 a.m. for a disturbance at a party in the 9600 block of Utica Avenue. Two people were taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn for treatment.

Police did not release the identities of the stabbing victims and did not know their conditions.

No arrests have been reported. Police said the stabbings remain under investigation.

Witnesses posted reports to Facebook of the entire 9600 block being cordoned off. Some residents reported receiving messages alerting them to the situation.
