Palos offers May 20 women's event focused on healthy living

We all love pinning healthy recipes and exercises to our Pinterest boards. But how many of us actually go back to those helpful hints and heed the advice given? Now is the time to get focused on making some lifestyle changes.

Grab your besties, your mom, your sister and your colleagues and join us at this special event focused on your health. The evening features informative physician presentations and a physician-filled panel to answer questions submitted anonymously.

Board-certified Obstetrician and Gynecologist Megan DeJong, M.D., will speak about what it means to be healthy as you mature. Her session, Small Changes, Big Impact, will focus on how the little things we can do throughout the day really add up and help improve our health.

Board-certified Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Specialist Yasemin Ozcan, M.D., will delve into Core Mentality. She will discuss how building core strength and improving posture can help alleviate some of the physical ailments women encounter throughout the stages of life.
