Moo & Oink feeds children and participates in UniverSoul Circus Camp for Chicagoland Children

Moo & Oink is serving more than 2,000 hamburgers to children at UniverSoul Circus Camp for Chicagoland children from 3:30 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 17, at Washington Park, 5531 S. Martin Luther King Dr., Chicago. In addition, Moo and his pal Oink will teach children and their families the new Moo & Oink Digital Slide dance.

In anticipation of the UniverSoul Circus’ opening on Sept. 18, the Black McDonald’s Operators Association (BMOA) and local dignitaries are providing a fun-filled, educational and hands-on circus camp to introduce the new 2013 edition of UniverSoul Circus.

The 13-station camp is free and open to the public. Activities will include physical comedy, martial arts, hip hop dance, juggling, high wire, contortion and arts and crafts. In addition, local Chicago entertainment will include the Jesse White Tumblers, South Shore Drill Team and the King High School Marching Band.

UniverSoul Circus is a combination of circus arts, theater and music that spans genres including Pop, Classic R&B, Latin, Hip Hop, Jazz and Gospel. It embraces and celebrates the unique and familiar aspects of global pop culture by bringing a cast of international performers center stage. UniverSoul Circus has been rated one of the top three circuses in America for its fresh approach to family-friendly live entertainment.

Reduced price tickets to the actual circus will also be available through the Moo & Oink website and Facebook page.
