FREE Yoga Class at Jacobs Well ~ Set an Intention

Focusing on the breathe and the present moment, this is one lesson woven through a typical yoga class.

A New Year brings with it the opportunity for change, growth and setting intentions.  When we practice yoga we start by setting an intention for our yoga practice.  Coming to the mat and incorporating an intention into your practice is one way to facilitate change and growth, can you image the possibilities?

Connecting with a feeling state on the mat will give you the opportunity to carry this with you off the mat.  Creating a connection to your thoughts, feelings, dreams and wishes, it all starts with the breath. Focusing on the breath and the present moment, this is one lesson woven through a typical yoga class.

Join us for a FREE yoga class this week, Wednesday January 2nd at 6pm and Thursday Janurary 3rd at 9:30am at Jacobs Well - 3450 W. Maple (97th and Trumbull Ave) Evergreen Park.  Are you ready to set an Intention?

*Please arrive 15 minutes early to register.
