Last Chance to Sign Up for Yoga this Week
Certified Yoga Instructor, Joan Zigulich is starting a new class this week. This is your last chance to sign up for this session.
Attention all Yogis, Yoginis and hopefuls:
Need an extra push to your workout? Want to enhance your balance, strength, breathing and mental clarity? Looking for an alternative form of exercise?

Taught by certified Yoga instructor, Joan Zigulich, this Hatha Yoga Class will take place every Wednesday from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. For nine classes, the cost is $72, however if you just want to drop in every once in a while, the fee is $10 per class.
Since the class is open to all levels, no previous experience is necessary to attend, however all students are asked to bring a yoga mat and arrive 15 minutes prior to class to register.
