S.E.R.V.E. - Accepting Our Children for Who They Are: How Do We Let Special Needs Children Be Themselves While Intervening for Their Change

Please join SERVE for the first meeting of the new school year!   Meet Veda Newman, new Executive Director of Student Support Services Evergreen Park District 124, and two new members of her team, Denise McField and Patricia Johnson.   Then join our discussion with Dr. Meg Carroll, Professor of Education at Saint Xavier University, "Accepting Our Children for Who They Are:  How Do We Let Special Needs Children Be Themselves While Intervening for Their Change?"

The meeting will take place Thursday, September 26, 2013, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. in the Multi-purpose Room at Central Junior High School, 9400 S. Sawyer, Evergreen Park.   

Professionals who attend will receive 1.5 CPDUs.
