Police: Drunken Man Drops Pants in Public

A man was arrested hours after the South Side Irish Parade, according to Evergreen Park Police, because he had urinated in front of a woman and her small children.

arrested a drunken man in the late afternoon of March 11, after he exposed himself in public, according to reports.

Police said a woman flagged down on-duty officers after a man urinated in public, exposing himself to her and her small children.

arrested John R. Judd, 21, of Burbank while in the 10100 block of Utica Avenue, around 5 p.m. Police said Judd was "highly intoxicated" at the time. Police charged Judd with two municipal violations of public intoxication, public urination and disorderly conduct.
