Have We Hit the Bottom of the Real Estate Market? Business Rewind

Bill Biros sheds a little light on the residential real estate sector in the midst of a volatile economy.

Last week, we featured, President of in the Weekly Business Spotlight. Biros has seen several ups and downs in the real estate market, and said with his over 30 years of experience in the industry, "this is by far the worse time we've ever seen in real estate." He said the last time he's seen the industry in such a state, was in the early 1980's, "when the interest rates [were] 18, 19 percent. But at least in that market, if you could work on the interest problem, you could make a sale."

Today he's sharing his insight on the state on the industry, and giving his best advice for buyers and sellers in today's housing market.

Check him out in our Business Rewind.
