Furniture Store Offering $500 Gift Card To Couples That Wed on 11-12-13

Weekday weddings are rare except when they fall on a distinctive numerical date, like Tuesday’s 11-12-13.

As thousands of couples plan to tie the knot on 11-12-13, Michigan-based Art Van Furniture is making their nuptials sweeter by offering a $500 gift card to make their love nest a home.

Newlyweds are invited to bring in their marriage licenses to any Art Van Furniture store to prove they were wed on the rare sequential date to receive the Wedding Gift Cards. The gift cards can be applied to all furniture and mattress purchases.

Art Van Furniture recently opened stores in Bedford Park, Orland Park, Batavia, Merrillville, IN, and at 2606 N. Elston Avenue in Chicago.

No minimum purchase is required at Art Van Furniture for the 11-12-13 Wedding Gift Card. The card cannot be applied toward previous purchases and cannot be combined with any other current or public discount or finance offers, the furniture company said.

The offer is good through Dec. 12.
