Famous Dave's Handing Out Free Ribs
Famous Dave is holding a free rib tasting for the community at K&G Fashion store starting at noon, Saturday, Nov. 3.
In celebration of their upcoming grand opening, Famous Dave’s will be giving away free ribs to all guests who stop by the K&G Fashion Superstore at 2535 W. 95th St. in Evergreen Park. The rib tasting starts at noon this Saturday (Nov. 3) and will go until Famous Dave’s runs out of ribs.
The Minnesota-based Famous Dave’s restaurant chain signed a lease for a 3,600-square-foot barbecue restaurant at 2851 W. 95th St. in the former Little Gym at Evergreen Pointe shopping center.

Famous Dave’s is scheduled to open on Nov. 19, according to a company spokesman.
The restaurant is also hiring managers and other employees. Job candidates can apply online at Famous Dave’s Evergreen Park.

The BBQ chain operates more than 170 restaurants in the United States. The nearest one is in Orland Park.
