Cicero in Chicago on July 20.

The restaurant is a new building taking the place of a previous Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins which operated in that location for 20 years.

The restaurant will celebrate with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 2 p.m. with Karim Khoja, franchise owner and operator, Alderman Ray Suarez, former Chicago Bulls Bob Love and Bill Wennington, Benny the Bull and the Luvabulls.  Oreo Coolattas and Oreo donuts will be sampled, and a raffle for a bicycle will be held.
