Watch: What Is CrossFit?
CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies and tactical operations teams, military special operations units, champion martial artists, and hundreds of other elite and professional athletes worldwide.
Patients recovering from heart attacks, housewives, skiers and mountain bike riders have also found their best fitness workout from the same regimen by applying principles of scalability and load.
CrossFit workouts will run every half hour throughout the day for those interested in sampling CrossFit. CrossFit Kids Coaches will be running a special JV (kids age 6-12) session at noon for parents who want to sample CrossFit for their kids.
