The Chicago Irish Brigade

Irishmen have fought for centuries, for causes not only in Ireland, but also France, the Crimea, Italy, India and even in the United States. Hundreds of thousands of native-born Irish fought gallantly in America's "Great Civil War." The History of Mulligan's Irish Brigade will be presented by James R. Creed of Chicago. Jim has been researching this unheralded regiment for the past 15 years, and is writing a book entitled, "The Harp and the Eagle: The History of Mulligan's Irish Brigade.
