Oktoberfest w/Chef Kate

Alles hat ein Ende, nur die Wurst hat zwei!(Everything has an end, only the sausage has two)! Chef Kate Bradley reveals the secrets of preparing traditional German Oktoberfest dishes. Samples to taste and copies of Kate’s recipes will be provided. Registration and a $3.00 tasting fee are required. The class is limited to 60 participants. 

Chef Kate will signs copies of her recipe collection, Novel Recipes, available for purchase for $12, after class or at the circulation desk anytime.
