Robert Wardynski, who's now manager and head baker at the bakery, has been at Naples for more than 20 years. He said the bakery averages about 800 loaves of Irish Soda Bread during the week of St. Patricks Day.

Why does the video cut off after weighing and putting it in pans. How long do you bake it? It looks like there may be some things missing . . .

Thanks for your comment Jennifer. I'm reprocessing the video so that it doesn't cut off. It's actually about 3 minutes long. All baking information is just after that point in the video.
