Seeking Office Administrator

Mt. Greenwood based property management company seeking part-time office administrator.
Monday - Friday 9am-1pm
$9.00 hr to start with review at 3 months and yearly on anniversary. Paid holidays and 5 paid vacation days after 1 year anniversary.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Company Liaison, Phones / Mail, AP / AR, Bookkeeping, Rent Roll, Tenant relations / payments, Document management, Rental listings, Online banking, Payroll, Insurance, etc.
Prefer 5 years office experience and must be a self-starter. Looking to hire immediately.
