The Governors State University Center for Performing Arts and Salt Creek Ballet present "The Nutcracker" for two performances on Saturday, December 8th.

The weather outside may be frightful, but this timeless holiday ballet sure is delightful.

Employing a cast of over 75 talented local dancers, this seasonal gem will delight audiences young and old.

Salt Creek Ballet's magical tale of young Clara and her holiday journey is a wonderful production for the entire family.

Talented dancers and Tchaikovsky's enchanting score - along with waltzing flowers, giant mice, and the Sugar Plum Fairy - delight all ages as a holiday tradition returns.
