I have little faith in any if these cleaners when it cones to tailoring. Crisp N Clean just ruined my brand new Ralph Lauren navy blazer. Charged me $25 prepay to shorten the sleeves, so no recourse. If I could post pics I would. Frankenstein-like exposed stitching, uneven, and missing brass buttons!!!! Asked if they could keep it to fix it. NO THANKS! I will be contacting corporate or my attorney if I don't get a refund for the jacket and 'tailoring'. I only went here because the man at Park Cleaners didn't speak English and tried to ask me how short I wanted the sleeves. I didn't know, and assumed they should. The woman at the counter agreed his pins looked too high. I left because I was afraid they'd ruin it. Maybe should have stayed!
