  • If you own a below ground sprinkler system, the village needs to know the location of the system before work begins. If you need help locating your system, please call 708-424-6222.
  • If a below ground sprinkler system is damaged during construction
system and is marked by the homeowner, the Village will repair it at no cost to the resident. If a system is damaged that was not marked by the homeowner, the Village will make you aware of the damage so you can have it repaired.
  • During the paving operations, prime (fresh oil) will be installed on the pavement, and residents
are asked to keep vehicular and foot traffic over the primed surface to a minimum. The prime
coat is a tar-like substance that is very difficult to remove from shoes and auto body surfaces. If you must drive on the street, please drive very slowly.
